BEETROOT NOIRE D’EGYPTEMedium-early variety. The crop is harvested in 85–95 days. The roots are round-flat, dark red in colour. Can be consumed fresh, canned, stored during the winter. Grows best in medium-heavy, deeply cultivated soil.
